When will I receive my order?
Our team works hard to ensure you get your favorite pet essentials as soon as possible — usually ships within a few days. We always want to make sure you're happy, but sometimes packages may take a little longer than expected. Don't worry — our customer care team is here for you. Have an inquiry about your order? - Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express shipping: 1 business day
Orders shipping to HI, AK or US territories are subject to longer transit times beyond the standard 3-7 days.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US States and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.
How do I track my order?
You can track the shipping status of your order(s) by logging in to your account, selecting Order History and clicking Track Order. Click here to log in to your account.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.
*Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, have the original tags and packaging, and are within 30 days of when the order was fulfilled. Learn more about our full return policy here.
