The Preston II Polar Fleece Dog Coat is beautifully well made. The stitching and the design are exquisitely integrated giving a very tailored look. Sizing is spot on, the straps for the back legs are very sturdy , the best I've ever seen. There is no velcro just hook and loop- again perfect attention to detail. The material is soft, there is a small black - what appears to be velvet that provides style, comfort, and beauty as well. Maple loves it so much, she did not want to let us take it off. Top Quality, true to size, excellent price. If I knew how to upload a photo I would. Would also like to mention the outstanding customer service from Chewy. I ordered the first coat, and it was much too big. I spoke with the representative from Chewy, a new coat was sent immediately. At Chewy's request the other coat will be donated to a shelter. Organizations like Chewy are so rare. It is a pleasure to work with them.

We followed the measurements yet it arrived a little larger than the listing indicated.It's very nice material, fairly thick and really cute.Definitely size down.Good value.Would recommend.

A cute jacket, but seemed to run large so necessary to return

My dog is 80-85 pounds, chest is 32in and I've bought an xl. Super easy to put on and adjust. She's had this jacket a little over 10 months, I've washed this jacket 10+ times and it's held up well. She's rolled in mud and grass while playing and I wash it right away with regular detergent and 1/4 cup of borax on warm/cold, regular cycle and so far no staining. I've both hung it up and popped it in the dryer and it hasn't shrunk. I like the metal clasps rather than the usual Velcro since my girl sheds a lot. In the pictures she's wearing a thin turtle neck under the jacket, but I only find it necessary when very cold. Overall really good quality and I plan to buy more:)

Beautiful, argyle polar fleece dog coat. Unfortunately, it was a bit too big for my pup so I ordered a smaller size of the same item. Probably not recommended for super-cold temps due to thickness but great for chilly weather. Very stylish, well-made, easy to slide off and on due to hooks at chest and belly.

This pup jacket is absolutely adorable with tons of quality details in its design. Perfect weight for a crisp cool Fall or early Spring walkies. It's not super heavy, not thin either, just right for keeping or pup snug and warmIt does run slightly large, although I measured, I should have sized down for our 16lb Mini Schnauzers. It is fleece and is not waterproof and very soft. Designed nicely allowing out Schnauzer plenty of movement while keeping him warm & super stylish. Arrived boxed with its own hanger, perfect for gifting.

The Polar Fleece Coat feels well constructed and the material is genuinely warm. My dog seems comfortable wearing it for longer walks. Fit runs a bit snug around the chest, so sizing matters. Once sized right, it's a dependable jacket.

I have been searching for a nice coat to take my pups out in the winter and this one delivered! The attachments are super simple to use and fleece coat stays snug the entire time. I just ordered another color and will definitely be buying more!

This is a classy, warm dog jacket. It is more of a vest style which I like. It is simple to get on. I appreciate the clasps instead of velcro. You can tighten the sides as well. My dog isn't used to wearing a lot of clothes. I got it for her upcoming trip to the Midwest. We live in SoCal, so it's a bit too warm for here. The length is great on her. My dog is around 15 lbs and about 16-17 inches from bottom of neck to top of tail. She's a long skinny girl. She only has a 9in neck, which does make this easy to squirm out of. I think once I get her harness on underneath; it should fit perfectly then.I really appreciate that there is no velcro. My dog is terrified of clothes with velcro. The clasps make this easy to get on and off without her becoming afraid of it. It also came on a cute little hanger as if you bought a fancy coat. My dog has black and a bit of grey hair and this color choice looks cute. Some of the others looked shorter in the pictures which is why I went with this style. It looked like it would be long enough for her. It does look like it's good quality, so I think I'll have this for years.

Okay- My "largest" girl is a 14 y/o Maltese-Yorkie who is tall and long (do good physical size) but very slender as a result- she weighs 7.3lbs.The measurements of this coat indicate she is at the bottom of the sizing range for the XS, which we ordered and recieved.We live in Southern California where its not snowing, but it does rain and the bedtime and morning temps have been in the mid to low 40s often this season.We own many brands of clothes from custom to store brand to boutique and I own 2 other coats for this dog.I understand that coats like this are generally intended to fit oversized, cam be bulky due to warm materials, and also are often layered on other clothing for extended warmth in even colder climates.All that said this coat is absolutely adorable and looks to be sewn well with nice material quality but after multiple tries we simply cannot walk our 7pb Morkie in this as it hangs over her stump (docked tail) and is so wide and loose when fastened at it's tightest her foot comes up and gets stuck in the collar ocassionanly or the while thing slides to the side and she steps out like a skirt.We even tried layering over a sweater to bulk up her width and it is comically oversized even for a winter layering coat.To reiterate, our dog is at the bottom of the XS size chart with a 10 inch neck, 12 inch chest and neck to tail 16 inches. We could have sized DOWN to an XXS, but I fear that, too, wouod have been big simply based on how oversized this XS is when going off the suggested measurements.That all said-Alos note it is best used when walking with a collar, as there is no harness clasp access/hole. Or just when walking around an enclosed a d secure yard.I do love the super soft warm fabric, overall cute print and style, and the T clasps. Its easy on and off and that convenience is great but I dont think ill be attempting to size down for our dog as I feel confident even a size lower will still be big for our puppers.

The Pet Passion Preston II feels incredibly high quality. Honestly, it feels like something made for an adult and then scaled down for a dog. The materials are thick, soft, and well constructed, and even the packaging felt premium. This is the kind of fleece you'd want for colder weather walks or lounging around when temperatures drop.The only thing to be aware of is sizing�it runs very large. We have a 50lb goldendoodle who actually prefers baggy clothing, and even the XL is massive on him, though he absolutely loves it. The extra room does make it great for layering and unrestricted movement, which is ideal for cold weather gear. Overall, it's a fantastic, well-made dog fleece; just be sure to size down unless you're specifically going for an oversized fit.

I got this dog coat because during fall rain and wintery mix weather we put coats on our dogs for extended walks. Once it arrived I noticed it had metal horse style buckles, faux fur trim on the neck area, beautiful plaid color, and soft, warm fleece that feels like a wearable blanket. It also has leg straps to keep it from shifting while they walk.The big downside is the sizing. Our 14 pound yorkie was swallowed by it. It fit our 22 pound lab pup the best, though still a little loose. The neck strap is not adjustable either, which would have helped. It is not stretchable at all. Due to the material I do not recommend it is used in rain or slushy snow because it will absorb the water up. Despite that, the coat is warm, easy to put on, and adorable.

Got this for my Great Dane mix. She's A big girl but this actually fits pretty nicely. It's not super thick but we didn't want a super heavy coat. Just something to help keep the wind off her and this is perfect for that. And she was okay with us putting it on and she's not a fan of clothes. I would definitely recommend this one.

It was a cold day, so I took my dog to the park and put on this polar fleece coat. The fabric is soft and thick, with a plush feel that clearly shows the fleece quality. The front and belly snap closures are simple to fasten and stay secure, though I wish the belly strap had a bit more adjustment range for larger dogs. The stitching looks solid and the seams are neatly stitched. The plaid design features a classic, stylish touch that looks nice during walks. The coat covers the chest and back fully and sits well along the shoulders and sides. During movement, it mostly stays in place and does not shift much. The fabric is lightweight yet structured, maintaining shape without sagging, and it is fairly easy to handle and remove. It is straightforward to put on and adjust, and the fit and durability make it a practical choice for outings on cold days, though a slightly wider adjustment range would make it even better.

Super cute dog jacket! Very good quality. The clasps are also good quality. It isn't very adjustable but fit him ok. I would say this is used more as a fashion jacket (we used it for our family pictures) rather than an every day functional jacket. Very soft and would recommend.

This dog coat is made so well! It has a lovely plaid print; edges are a solid light pink color, and it is easy to put on and take off. It came packed on a hanger with a garment bag covering. It appears to keep my pup warm when outside and is a great price for such a nice dog coat!! Love it!

This is just the cutest dog sweater from a company that is dealing in cute. First off, the sweater arrives on a hanger in a miniature garment bag like a dress or suit. What a great idea. The sweater itself goes on easy and has nice secure adjustable straps. Our girl doesn't quite know what to make of it yet but it will help keep her warm and stylish all winter. The rolled back fleece collar is an awesome touch. There are two loops for the rear legs. She doesn't love those but I am not sure you need them. Either way, this is an easy recommendation.

This polar fleece coat is such a soft and warm coat for dogs! It reminds me of those coats that horses wear since it goes over the top and is secured by buckles on the front and undersides. There are bungee straps at the bottom to gently secure the coat to each leg so the cape doesn't slide off either way. My only complaint is that the sizing recommendation is off. My dog is 49 lbs, so I got the one recommended for 40-60 lbs. Sadly it's way too big for him to wear it and walk around. It does work as a home-use snuggie since it's so warm and would keep him cozy during the winter. I attached photos of the coat on my dog for reference. The front and side buckles are absolutely fancy and gorgeous, and easy to clip on and off. The faux fur lining on the top neck area is a nice touch, and I really do love the pattern. This coat is one that's actually warming and balanced aesthetics with function. I just wish I got a smaller size!
